Dutch Filtration offers a full range of filter consumables, such as cartridges and bags, that are designed and manufactured to meet the most demanding quality standards of the oil and gas and process industry. We offer a full range filter cartridges and other filter elements for fluid filtration. All types of filter cartridges are available in different micron ratings and different lengths. We also offer high flow filter cartridges and bags for high contaminant holding capacity for long life.
Our filter cartridges are interchangeable with most well-Known brands such as: Cuno3M, Pentair, Pall, Parker, Peco Facet and others.

DUTCHFLOW – ABSOLUTE PLEATED FILTER CARTRIDGE
This filter cartridge is especially designed for fine filtration of a wide range of fluids. The high performance 3-layer glass fibre/polyester media provides the unique combination of high flow rate, high dirt load capacity and large surface area at an absolute rating of beta 5000 (99.98% removal).
TWISTFLOW – NOMINAL WOUND FILTER CARTRIDGE
The full Polypropylene construction with thermally welded caps have a high dirt load capacity for pre or coarse filtration of all most all oilfield fluids.
FIBERFLOW – SPUNBONDED FILTER CARTRIDGE
The Nominal and Absolute Spunbonded Filter Cartridge has an excellent multi-layer depth filtration due to the advanced technology used during the manufacturing process. This results in high dirt holding capacity and low pressure drop.
MAXFLOW – HIGH FLOW PLEATED CARTRIDGES
The High Flow Absolute Pleated Filter Cartridge is especially designed for micro filtration at high flowrates. The PP glass filled components are thermally fused, allowing operations at higher temperature and pressure.
MEGAFLOW – HIGH CAPACITY PLEATED CARTRIDGES
A good alternative for bag filtration, but also ideal for High Flow applications. The large surface area ensures a longer life cycle than most filter bags. That is due to bigger holding capacity and higher flow rate.
GIGAFLOW – HIGH FLOW ABSOLUTE PLEATED CARTRIDGES
The GigaFlow is for High Flow applications. Because of the large surface, the cartridges last longer than a normal filter cartridge. The integrated handle makes the filter cartridge easy to change.
ULTRAFLOW – HIGH FLOW AND CAPACITY PLEATED CARTRIDGES
The UltraFlow is for High Flow and High capacity applications. The O-ring and bayonet closure ensure the filter candle stays put at high flow rates. The integrated handle ensures that the candle is easy to change.
WELLFLOW – HIGH PRESSURE FILTER CARTRIDGES
The WellFlow is especially designed for high pressure applications. They provide high dirt capacity and a low clean pressure drop. The High pressure cartridges are pleated, supported by a steel core and executed with a steel endcap with internal O-ring for leak free sealing.
BAGFLOW – FILTER BAGS
Polypropylene filter bags are used for a wide range of coarse filtration applications. The length 2 bags are available in micron ratings from 1 to 200 microns and in various other materials upon request.

FUELFLOW – HIGH PERFORMANCE PLEATED FUEL FILTER COALESCER
The FuelFlow series is designed for the full spectrum of fuel treatment. Its innovative design allows for either particle filtration, coalescing, or a combination of both.
WATERLOCK – WATER ABSORBENT ELEMENT
The WaterLock-sereis are designed and manufactured for the removel of free, dispersed, and emulsified polar substances like water from fuels, oils, or other non-polar substances.
OIL ABSORPTION CARTRIDGES
Dutch Filtration offers two types of Oil Absorption Cartridges, the OilLock and the OilWrap. The cartridges absorb oil from water in one single pass with an efficiency of 99%.
DUTCHLEAF – FILTER LEAVES
We produce filter leaves suitable for dry cake discharge as well as wet cake discharge. The filter leaves are available in different filter mesh depending on the application. Our reinforced design offers a rigid and heavy duty filter leaf.
MAXFLUX – DIATOMACEOUS EARTH
Our Diatomaceous earth has all the properties a diatomite needs; high surface area, chemically inert, low density, high porosity and absorptive capacity. This makes our DE material excellent for filtration.
METAL (PLEATED) FILTER ELEMENTS
These are used with hot gas, aggressive fluids or seawater filtration with self-cleaning filter elements. We manufacture pleated and non-pleated elements in stainless steel 304, 316, duplex, super duplex and more. These elements can be made up to 1000mm in OD and length of 2000mm.
ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER
This has been designed to meet the requirements of the residential market and those for industrial applications (dichlorination, odor, discoloration) We use several grades and types of carbon such as: coconut charcoal or coal, grain or powder, granular or block.
COALESCER FILTERS
Are used in liquid-liquid and liquid-gas application where two or more phases need to be separated. They are used in oil water separation as well as droplets from gas flows. Our high efficiency elements are manufactured in several lengths up to 72 inch and OD of 2.5, 3, 4.5, 6 inch.
