Bag Filter Housing
Dutch Filtration has a wide range of standard bag filter housings. The vessels are built for single or multi bag configuration and can hold different types such as plugin 2.5 inch or 6 inch high flow.
All our vessels meet the demands of the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU). Most housings for the oil and gas are designed according ASME VIII but other codes like EN13445, PD5500 are used. The standard housing are rated for 7 or 10 bar but we design and manufacture housing up to 400 bar.
In addition to bag filter housings, we also offer cartridge filter housings. You can also have a filter housing built into a skid. We also offer double filter housings in a skid.

Bag Filters: Applications and Benefits
Bag filters are an essential component in industrial filtration, offering efficient removal of contaminants from liquids and fluids. They are widely used to enhance product quality, protect downstream equipment, and meet environmental standards. With a robust design and high dirt-holding capacity, bag filters provide cost-effective filtration across various industries.
How Bag Filtration Improves Efficiency
Bag filtration systems enhance efficiency by providing consistent and reliable filtration with minimal pressure drop. Their design allows for easy filter replacement, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. By capturing solid particles effectively, they ensure smooth operations in industrial processes, improving overall productivity and extending the lifespan of critical equipment.
Key Industries Using Bag Filters
Bag filters are widely used in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment. Their ability to handle high flow rates and remove fine contaminants makes them ideal for protecting sensitive equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards in production processes.
Selecting the Right Bag Filter for Different Applications
Choosing the right bag filter depends on factors like filtration efficiency, flow rate, chemical compatibility, and industry regulations. Dutch Filtration offers a range of bag filter housings designed for diverse applications, ensuring optimal performance. Our experts help select the best filter solution based on specific operational needs and contamination levels.
Installation and Maintenance Best Practices
Proper installation and maintenance are key to maximizing bag filter performance. Ensure correct sealing to prevent bypass, monitor pressure differentials for timely replacements, and use quality filter media. Regular inspections and proper cleaning routines help extend filter life, reduce operational costs, and maintain consistent filtration efficiency in industrial applications.
