Dual Vessel Combi Filter Unit
The Dual Vessel Combi Filter Unit is based on 25 years of experience in manufacturing oilfield equipment. All new features are based on customer feedback and combined in our unique twin vessel filter unit. HSE, efficiency and reliability are the key drivers for our product improvement and design. For the vessel closure you can choose the Rudi Quick Opening Closure. This allows the operator to open and close the filter vessel quickly and safely for changing filter cartridges and/or bags. Or you can choose the standard swing bolt closure. The unit is designed and built in accordance with DNV 2.7-1/ISO 10855/EN 1209 and also certified by DNV or Lloyds. Our standard DFCB24 unit has two housings with each 50 cartridges or each 4 bags and 6 valves for parallel, in series and by-pass operation.
The Dual Vessel Filter unit is also available as Dual Vessel Bag Filter Unit and Dual Vessel Cartridge Filter Unit.

FAQ
What is a dual vessel cartridge/bag filter?
The cartridge filter housing can be easily converted to a bag filter housing, offering flexibility in filtration stages.
Why combine cartridge and bag filtration?
Bag filters capture larger solids; cartridges polish finer particles. Maximum flexibility
What applications use this configuration?
Process water, waste water, Completion fluids, brines, produced water, and high-solid load streams.
What flow capacity can be achieved?
Typically 50–500 m³/h depending on vessel size.
What bag sizes are supported?
Standard sizes length #2, with high-capacity bag options available.
What cartridge lengths fit the vessel?
These housings can hold 40inch (code 3) which is the most common length
How often should bags and cartridges be replaced?
Depending on solids load, from days to weeks of operation.
Is it compatible with offshore skids?
Yes, standard design with DNV 2.7-1 certified frames.
Which industries benefit most?
Oil & gas, power plants, geothermal, and process water treatment.
Are the vessels code compliant?
Yes, built to ASME VIII Div.1 or PED/EN13445.
